In my opinion, in bad conditions I would keep the kite as low to the ground as possible until somebody catches it, I would never keep it at at 12 in bad conditions.. in normal conditions, stable and none gusty then it is OK for me to keep it...

I am thinking of getting a new 12m as my Torch07 is almost dead. I have a 9m Cult and I love it. The question is: is there a big difference between the 08 and the 09 Cults 12m because obviously I can get a better deal on the 08.?
