Re: How Long Does A Harness Last

For me a quite few years when you keep at it for the occasional repair. Since I bought the Speedy Stitcher they are also easy on the harness. But of course it looks bad after about a year or so. I have a Dakine seat harness.

Re: Liquid force spacecraft

Not sure what specifically you are asking. What is your beginner board? A TT or surf board? Are you looking for a board riding more powered in waves? I only use it in waves as I have a regular small TT for the everyday - no wave spot.

Re: WOO max Landing G-force. What is it mean?

Not sure what the WOO does but it also really demands on the sample frequency you are looking for. Let’s assume you flap your board in the water just by hand standing right there. It well might be that there is a single spike running through the board with 18Gs but quite insignificant otherwise. Tha...

Re: Liquid force spacecraft

I got a spacecraft as my first board not long ago for roughly that price. I can just barely ride upwind but both directions feel about the same, only a little easier to ride with the nose forward. It looks cool and I like it more than the big board they had us on at lessons so I'm pretty happy over...

Re: Liquid force spacecraft

I also bought the moon patrol for a silly price like that and I love it. Holds monster edge for boosting in waves. Carves nicely for bottom turns. My go to board when I hit the waves. Absolutely go for it.

Set it once at the beginning and never look back.

Re: Best folding and line management technique

I am way faster with my foil than the tube. But I also only have a small 5m foil to deal with very simple bridle which I wrap up until the pulleys and end up without tangle. Otherwise I do pretty much the same as you do. G

Re: Uniform colors on different bars

Floats: I gave up floats years ago as they did not do anything good for me. Connection: I never disconnect the lines from the kites so I don’t need the color for that. I want it to recover from a wild crash or while I spinning from lots of loops like for foiling. Anyone can recommend a specific tape...

Uniform colors on different bars

Over the years I ended up with a wild collection of different bars / frankenbars on the different kites I own. I like to have one bar per kite so I can fit them individually to the needs I have with the individual kite ( and don’t need to disconnect them). Now my problem is that all bars are colored...

Re: 3rd time snapping north lines

They seem to snap after some good use as I understand, so wear seem to be a problem. That’s where power q s really shines. G
