Re: wanna move to C kites....

Torch for sure, Fuels are sick but the'06s had crappy bottom end

Torches are just good, and a lot more user friendly...thats not to say Fuels are bad, their brute power is sickkk

Re: Which kite brands will bring back a C kite for 2009-2010

Griffin, Wainman-Hawaii, Airush, many more

And if the Vegas isnt a hybrid now, I dunno what it is...sure as hell isnt a traditional C anymore

If they made it any more like a bow, I wouldnt buy one

Re: Unbreakable board

Ive broken an LF, Cab both kitelooping Currently getting an SS Response w boots-supposed to be strong as sh*t If you want softer kiteloop landings-go huge, then you can get the kite right above you in time. As for the len10 thing, Im sure his boards are strong, but he does exactly what im saying-kit...

Using depower strap to slow loop?

When I unhook for loops, my Vegas10 spins so fast theres almost no pull, and the wakestyle setting is too slow. Anyone with experience in this put on a bit of depower to slow/widen the looping circle? Im worried that theres just going to be one big assed power spike when the kite is at the bottom, t...

Older Fuels Trim?

What knots are best to ride on for best pop with the Fuels 04-05? I usually put it on the same ones for all attachments and have been finding sh*t lift really, tried it one knot higher for rear lines but not much of a difference...more? Or maybe my technique isnt right, works for other kites though....

Re: New Rider needs advice

Go used for a first kite If youre young and want to get into tricks buy a C, they are harder to learn to ride but once you can ride a C you can ride anything...but you wont want to ride anything else because they are so much better! Look at old Slingshot Fuels, Naish Torches, anything C with decent ...

Re: Maximum kite size for megaloops?

Id think looping any Cab bow kite wouldnt be as easy (not as in too hard, merely youre totally out of control and it isnt really a trick so much as luck to land it) as a C, Cs give the big yank, then slack off for you to get the landings, also once youve landed pointing downwind there isnt any pull ...

Re: New Warranty from Best Kiteboarding

LOL, so this is Bests response to the Eclipse warrenty? Shows how confident they are in their product that they arent even willing to match a price competitor... If I was a beginner and was getting new gear, I´d think it only ¨fair and reasonable¨ to go with Eclipse... I Love: The above is not an...

Re: Depower Bullshit - Only view if you have big sense of humor

Sorry man, but to be fair democracy rules, after all, thats what our parents/grandparents fought for... I thought it was funny Btw, my grandfather was captured and forced to fight for the germans, then murdered, my grandmother was in the camps. Its better to find humor in these things while remember...
