Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Mike, use a kite you have for the learning fase. Learning to start with foiling means you will drop the kite.. even if you normally never drop it..
When you can start and foil a little you can step over to a Peak.

Re: Self launch and self land option

... Maybe if you connect a short line that is usually slack but takes up tension on a center line flag that goes from the Z to the A mixer? ... Re: Foilers that switch to TT above 15-16 knots

Hmm.. I thought you only were talking about the TT riding.. my mistake.. so for TT; my advice stays the same.
For the foiling.. depends what riding style you have, board and foil choice and wind conditions.. like Dave1986 states.

Re: Foilers that switch to TT above 15-16 knots

imho there is nothing wrong on your 12 & 9 m.. in 15/16 kts that 12m is fine.
just get a 7m for the upper wind range.

Pete's writing is spot on. I launch the Peak's around the house, walk around the house with the kite up, land in between houses, dump it in the garden while foiling in, sometimes a bit sketchy and one time i had to dump it in the water while standing in the garden. I can do this al alone, no help n...

138?

Im riding 120 and probably out jumping 95% of riders on my local. If not 99%.

It is called riding over powered :) Not over boardered ;)

No idea what would I do with bigger board than 120...
Probably hurt yourself..

For me, 70kg, it was the Mako 140. Carving, boosting and chop was fun. The ride is like a fresh powder session.
