Re: high aspect foils

I know wat you mean. I was curious from the beginning but all I saw in videos was not really convincing to me. That is until I saw the videos of Balz Müller and Horue. And then from young guns like Jeffrey Spencer. Just like years ago when I got into kitefoiling because of the videos of Horue and Bo...

Re: Wave SST - Upwind?!

I am riding the SSTs for some years now. And I have never experienced that I have more problems going upwind than other kiters. Including many riders that are same level as I am. Re: Firewire Hydroshort kite version

The Ocean Rodeo Jester is pretty low volume. The website says it´s 5’1” by 18” and only has 17.6 litres.

I’d say Ghost is easier to relaunch than SST
Yes, it is easier with the Ghost.
The SST relaunch is very good if the wind is strong enough. If not I often use reverse launch. That works really well with them.

Re: Strapless jumps, backrols...

Is small wing or big wing a better choice for practice? Especially in the landing phase! Also how much kite power and lift? I am pretty new at strapless jumping with my 108 pocket board. At normal small jumps I had the best chance to land it when I landed with the stabi first. I thought that might ...
