Pretty sure a rider like Andy Yates never h...

How does the safety work?
yes, good question. The only way I can imagine with big depower (IMO not that great, I prefer flag out)

But maybe also flags to one depower line?

Since I know Bruno stands up for safety, I am sure he has a good solution for it.

I think he kept holding onto since he was not using a leash.

Remember, there are people who launch unleashed. They think it is safer...

Re: No need for a release system/safety?

At a beach with no one around, also no kiters, you can do whatever you want.

Re: Kite Turn Accelerator by Bruno Legaignoux

Interesting idea Bruno.

Would be interesting to get feedback from the megaloopers.

Do you also have something to slow down the kite?

IMO that would make kiteboarding safer.

Re: The sad decline of aging pro kiteboarders

ok. Because I wouldn't know any. Ruben's loops are great, and he has his name, but more riders stepped up to him and passed, as you can see at KOTA events. Sad, but that's the way it goes. Always will be interesting where everyone's paths leads to...always happy when some guys stay in the industry.....
