Re: Newcomer to Tarifa

Bring all sizes you have!

If it blows Poniente (W) you''ll need something bigger than 10m.
Levante (E) is another history... If you're (very) lucky you'll get smooth winds around 25 knots. But be prepared for super gusty and strong conditions (+35kt).

Re: Hello ! It's Lou

They have a unique flying characteristics and fun tuning but a 10m2 rabbit weights nearly 2x more than a 12m2 EnduroV2...Bar pressure also... Everything is heavy. I still my have my original rabbit in storage, the ultimate modern/retro kite! My 9m2 Smoke weights 3,2 Kg. Not the lightest kite but no...

Re: Hello ! It's Lou

Heavy bar pressure grunty delta kite, shaped like 2008 Bandit, thick LE, sits deep in the WW and still Hindenburgs without warning when other kites didn't have any problem... I must say one of the worst kite experiences I have had in last 15 years, this 12m Wainman kite. Wow! Looks like we have a t...

Re: Hello ! It's Lou

Hi everybody, sorry for my negative comments about hydrofoiling. I just think it's dangerous sometimes. I guess I just prefer a board. Especially finless small boards. They are really fun and easy to learn. I've been doing it for 20 years and I'm disappointed nobody understands or followed..maybe a...

Re: How long should kite lines last?

With 30 sessions a year your lines should last much longer. It also depends a lot on your riding style.

Re: statement from Lou

Hi there, Any of you guys know if Wainman Kites are still on the business? Looks like they have not updated their site in a long time and their last kite model release was 3 years ago... Awesome and unique kites btw. I recently bought another Smoke (in mint condition) to replace my crappy Switch kite.

Re: Superfast twin tip?

My Cabrinha Caliber is a pretty fast board. I measured a top speed of 48 Km/h (26 knots, 30mph) on a downwind course.
Flat rocker and low flex is the key of a fast TT.

Re: Slingshot NF2 Foil - Beginner

Hi there,
I am behind a good deal of a NF2 Foil and Dwarfcraft board.
Do you know what is the top speed of this foil?
Thanks in advance
