Re: Low aspect open cell vs. single skin

The reason I ask is mainly to increase low wind range below my Frenzy 13 UL . Would be nice with something that jumps ok.. But I wouldn't like to sacrifice any stability and ease of use and starting in no wind compared to my UL

Re: Low aspect open cell vs. single skin

Hi all. Sorry if this thread is to old to dig up. But I'm wondering how much more a Peak4 13 or Explorer 12 single skin actually pulls compared to a Frenzy UL 13kvm? I have tried higher aspect foils and concluded that's not an vi option for the kind of touring and ascent kiteing I like to do due to ...

Re: What differs between CL829 vs CL826 clamcleats

Well suddenly I scrolled past a photo showing this tiny hole for a 5th line guide ring at the bottom. But then I realized that's something both 826 and 829 got... So even more confused by the description.. A bit funny that Clamcleats own instruction clearly not users that tiny hole but instead laces...

What differs between CL829 vs CL826 clamcleats

Hi all. I need to replace a slipping cleat on my old Ozone Frenzy 7,5 and also build a better depower system on my old Naish foilkite. Both the Arocleat 826 and the 829 are listed as suitable for kiteing. https://www.clamcleat.com/cl829-11.html https://www.clamcleat.com/activities/kitesurfing/brake-...

Re: Infexion Seatbelt Quick Release

This release looks really good. My only concern is how difficult it is to reconnect with the kite in the air compared to with the horse panic snap shackle I use at the moment. Or with a Wichard?

Re: Sliding Hook spreader bars?

Thanx fior suggestions. Seat harness is what works best for my back. After a few years with Waist harness and leg straps there's no question anymore. I need the hook to be as low as possible to avoid uneccecary strain on lower back muscles and spine. It looks like Dynabar is the way to go. I might g...

Sliding Hook spreader bars?

I'm looking for a slideing hook spreaderbar to use for snowkiteing in the mountains when hooking in and out can be important future to stay on the safe side in technical terrain. I don't need the option to have it locked in the middle, or possibility to use a rope. So the Jay bar seems a bit overkil...
