Re: rrd Obsession 2010

Cheers for the answers, think I'll go for 12,9,7 quiver :)

Has anyone come up with a decent solution for the long depower throw yet ? Have seen the ex-caution stopper but just wondered if anyone has a better solution (apart from shortening the rope)

Re: rrd Obsession 2010

Sorry  I really only think about getting on the water in a constant 13-15mph/12-13kt breeze. At the moment I ride thrusters and use my 12m up to around 20mph/18kts but the low end on the thruster is not that great, if the 10.5m has a much power as my 'ol 12m thruster then that would be the one ...

Re: rrd Obsession 2010

Which Obsession 12m or 10.5m ?

I weigh 76kgs and ride mainly a underground FLX 132x39 and was just wondering which size would be best to be my biggest kite ? only asking as a local rider uses the 10.5m as his main kite but was thinking of a 12,9 and 7m quiver.

thanks

Al

Slingy 2009 profire bar on '08 Thruster ?

Think my Eclipse QR is starting to wear out as it unintentionally released yesterday.

Would an '09 slingshot profire bar work on the '08 Thruster, only reason I is asking is because of the CSS safety system on the slingy bar and can't figure it out if it would work with another brands SLE.

Re: Lost my Nobile Board off Lancing Beach

Ian, met you on the beach whilst talking to John EB, might be worth posting on www.boards.co.uk on the forum and chatting to Surfladle. Good luck on finding it. :thumb:

Re: 2009 Underground Boards

I've got uk size 8.5 feet and those new UG straps suck big balls, they are just too wide and it feels like I have no connection with the board.

I hate to say it, stuck my old UG straps on and the board is sweet, feels a bit different to the '08 UG FLX but can't put my finger on it yet !
