I had a go on 15m speed2 at a fs demo day. Unhooking worked very well. I dosen't fly to the edge of the window like the smaller speed2's, It will just about kiteloop aswell wich suprised me for such a big kit.

Best thing to do is get a demo if you can

I was out yesterday on a friends sa2 and the water had a glassy shine. (so very light wind) I could get enough hang time to do a dubble frontroll and land with speed. The contras had gone home long befor that.

Get a test on an sa2 and make up your own mind.

I dont get the whole 'walk of shane' thing.

I still walk upwind now if its quicker than riding there.

I learned to backroll & jump befor i learned to go upwind, so there is no compulsory rules. Spend your time on the water lerning watever you enjoy (jumps, backrolls, toeside, frontrolls etc...) and the riding up wind will come in the mean time.

just make sure you are safe.
