Re: Inflatable Boards for Winging

I am testing the final prototypoes for the next generation of the Indiana Inflatables at the moment. So far everything is working well, so I think the first batch will be ready for sale end of August or Beginning of Sept. There will be 44L, 71l, 103L, 144L and 157L. They all have M6 Inserts for the ...

Re: First Session: Groove G-Fuerte Wingboard

plus there is no way I’d give up the 90l board for those days where you just want the extra security/ease. I think we are in a bit of “low volume board” craze right now with winging (your not really good unless you’re water starting a 30l board, or at least knee starting something 10l under your bo...

Re: First Session: Groove G-Fuerte Wingboard

I think this is what you are looking for. https://www.groovekiteboards.it/boards/g-wing/ Nope. That is not the Board. The board I am riding is a new board I designed together with Groove. It's called the G-Fuerte 70. Groove will release specs on it soon. The board weighs 4.8kg 5'0" X 23" . -- Gunna...

Re: First Session: Groove G-Fuerte Wingboard

Nice! But you need to give us the spec’s on the board. Length, width, thickness, volume, weight, construction, price.... Re: Sinker Kneestart for Low Volume Boards

Yesterday a lot of people asked me how I got up and foiling with small low volume boards. So here is some raw video of the technique I use. I am using the Indiana 4'5" 40L Board in this video. I have even managed to start boards down to 15 liters (North Scoop) with this technique. It is important t...

Re: Wingfoiling not foiling?

Same problem here. I just would add that i use the same board/foil combo for wing and windfoiling (SUP crossover+moses873) and I find it so easy to go upwind with a sail (actually better than a begginer board with daggerboard) but with the wing is impossible to make any upwind progress. So If I und...

Re: Tips for knee starting or water starting

Thanks for the tips, it is great. What would be the ideal width and volume for a beginner board? +1 Depends on your weight and situation. I teach people on Weight (kg) plus 60L in my courses. For your own first board I would recommend weight plus 20L if you are not so experienced with SUP or Windsu...

Re: Tips for knee starting or water starting

Another one for you wingers about the volume and width; I'm very god strapless surfboard and kitefoil rider, with 7 yrs on windsurfing. I weigh 78kg and was wondering would I loose lowend (significantly) if I choose an 85litre board (4'10x71cm) versus 110litre board of 5'10x71cm, and both setups wo...
