If the goal is to get on the water faster then don't take your lines off your kites Leave them all on Been doing that way for 20 years The only time i put lines on is when i get a kite....and a bar to go with it All my LEI kites are set-up that way....all tuned individually When i sell a kite it is...

I was considering the new Bravo 20-2 for about $300, but held off considering the weight at 10 pounds and the airlines starting to require removal of batteries from some items like smart bags. I still like the idea - just not sure of traveling with one.

I use one of those waterproof pouches and haven't had a problem. When I was more paranoid about it I used to also put the key in a balloon and tie a knot on the open end. I got them cheap by the bag at Walmart.

I do this with my open cell foil kites on land, bars or handles, and I think most have been doing this for years.

Even the hospital emergency room doctors at my local hospital in the U.S. are using glue on cuts, they did with a one inch cut across my temple. Put 3 layers of glue, they say an advantage is no holes from stitches.
