Well, I have these days the same injury. It happened to me 7 weeks ago and I'm still not well. After 4 weeks I started with seat harness and it's possible to kite, but without jumps

No, 10kn isn't enough with 12m.
I have 14m Vegas06, 90kg and 154x43 board and need 13kn at least for this one

I don't know about Vegas08 kites, but 06 are better than 07, that's for sure

Underground board is a good choice mate They are like upwind rocket. And footpads are very comfy, especially if your landing after a huge jump isn't great...footpads will reduce impact.

And try before you buy
