Re: LE stitching stretches / is widening. Need to worry?

So I went to my local shop but new stitching would be more then they indicated, 65 euro. And they found another worn spot on my LE Dacron and advised to stitch a reinforcement on that also for another 65 euro. I decide that 130 euro is to much for an old kite that probably needs another repair next...

Re: Disappointed with Ozone v4 and v5, again!

Get in touch with your dealer or the country dealer. Ozone will replace these bladders for free. We have seen a bit of this in Australia, and its unfortunately a bit random but definitely seems to occur in the warmer and more humid areas. Ozone is being exceptionally good about it though and looking...

I have not damaged my kites (but its possible if the beach is covered in debris), I've used it on all models of Ozone kites, never had the kite go out of control even if I b...

Re: Time for a better pump

Nothing here. I'm just frustrated that the pumps we are all using are actually really crap, poorly designed to last only a season or so (depends on how often you kite). I clean and lube my pumps frequently too! But even with regular cleaning, I'm lucky to get through a season without going through ...

Time for a better pump

Just want to put this out there. In light of the move away from single use plastics why are we still making pumps that are easily damaged by sand and which cannot be refurfbished? The cylinder of the pump is an easily damaged plastic, sand scratched the bore or inside of the cylinder and also the ar...

Ozone vids are good BUT for the big truck down wind and too close ....
The 4WD was a base camp for the camera operator. It was well out of the way, just the camera angles make it look closer than it actually was. We were using 2 cameras and a drone, so we needed the vehicle to be close.

Re: S-Mart Protocol (landing and launching procedure)

That poster is confusing and hard to understand. These vids explain and demonstrate the best way I've seen to rig/ self launch and self land a tube kite. This method works on any sandy beach or grassy area where there is not a lot of debris that could tangle lines or damage your kite. The method for...
