The harness stitching on the webbing that held my spreader bar broke allowing my harness to split in two. The bar got ripped out of my hands and I watch my kite fly away. It was a Peter Lynn Arc with auto zenith and the harness acted as a sea anchor while the kite flew away in the neutral position....

haha looks like downwind angles, what speed are you going? Very slow at such angle - 11kts average (max 12.5) I notice that I can keep up with the angle with the top Polish racers but they go 3kts faster then. Huge! Seems wrong to me to measure the angle off dead upwind, would make much more sense ...
