Re: The best kite for Teaching?

I taught my son to kitesurf on the Naish Pivot and Naish Slash. Stable in the air, easy to relaunch. Naish Boxer would do the job very well as well especially in light winds.

Re: Should I stay or should I go for it?

As written above I would sell it and get a wave oriented/mutant style twin tip. There are several brands offering these now, Cabrinha, Liquid Force, Airush. Concerning size, I believe they are all a bit wider than your usual Twintip. I don't think that is bad, as you want a bit of surface when "surf...

Re: Pivot v Boxer

I ride 14m Boxer, 11/8 Pivot, 7/5 Slash. Mostly TT, started foiling ( with a surf foil), surfboard when it is really windy (otherwise no waves show up here) The 11m Pivot works really well on the foil around 10 knots. German GleitenTV tested the 12 and was astonished how well it performed in around ...

Re: Best jumping tutorial I have ever seen

I guess you have to find out yourself. it is just a couple of Euros, so no big investment. It helped me to refine my technique.

Re: Best jumping tutorial I have ever seen

Jumping overpowered to get real big air. An evolution of the techniques shown in part 1. It´s worth it in my opinion.

Re: Naish 2020 Boxer 16 - any review?

Never tried the 14 Pivot. My next size is a 11m Pivot. For winds around 10 knots I would take the Boxer. It feels lighter (it is lighter), that floating strut concept seems to generate a nice pull just by sheeting in, does not flutter much. In those winds I really enjoy it for cruising around, doing...

Re: Naish 2020 Boxer 16 - any review?

I have the 14m, current model, 73kg weight. I love it. Water relaunch is super easy. Very stable in the air in low wind. As described quite often now it is also amazingly stable at the upper end for a one strutter. Jumps nicely with nice hang time. Of course the overall feel is softer than for examp...
