Re: Cabrinha bars

Been using Trimlite after hesitantly moving away from the recoil and personally I feel that the trimlite bar is uncluttered, light and easy to use. Gradually got out of all my recoils and now just use the trim. As far as longevity I have had no issues with 2017, 2018 and 2019 versions. I don't leave...

Re: New Cabrinha kite, new bar style for me...fireball

I have used Fireball since launch and it is a far better connection system in my opinion than chicken loops but alas I do not see many people using this on the beaches I kite at. Once you try you can feel the difference.

Vaseline. Cheap and never had an issue. I also keep in a bag and NEVER leave just strewn about on the beach.

Really! Go and spend a month travelling around China and you will see who the real polluters are. Until this and other countries take some REAL action what an individual does is .000000000000001 %.

Re: Anyone swap their bar colors around?

There is a recognised standard in nautical. Port and starboard. Red and Green. So many different colours are used on bars. Seems logical.

Re: How often do you inspect your gear on a kiteshop?

Just my opinion.....I see many kiters slamming their kites into the water. Some learning. Some misjudging a jump etc. Logic tells me that this is not good for a kite. Bound to split at some point. If the kite is still new or still super crispy I would discuss with the shop. As for the lines, I regul...

Re: Woo Sports out of business?

I guess it can be very tough starting a new company and managing all aspects from development to market. The product is good enough to have some fun with and challenging yourself and mates despite some minor inaccuracies.....but I must admit the service could be a lot better. I have had some long wa...

Re: Cabrinha Fireball Dimensions

Would your local shop let you trial a fireball, then you can check if it works for you. I have been on fireball since inception and it is terrific. Does not ride up as much. More flexible too. Would not go back to a chickenloop and I cannot understand why more kiters are not using. Once you have tri...
