Re: new naish kite Triad

imo naish and the other top companies now realise that their marketing of many different specialist kites actually damaged kiteboarding. It confused those that dont need to be confused, as far as perceived value, sure a few wealthy middle aged riders pay a premium for specialist top end perceived va...

Re: What kiteboard shape?

Similar to surfing - right board for the conditions, except you dont need to consider the paddle ability which is awesome.

Sometimes a slower board is better, bigger, flat rockered, larger volumed boards get out of control quickly kiting

Re: Quobba Fins

try different boards, different fins, different tail shapes, nose shapes, rail shapes, bottom shaoes, vees, volumes, fin positions, constructions.. in different conditions /waves try it all, because reality is that few do this and there are very few qualified to comment about your own situation that...

Re: marc jacobs kota - pushed harder than anyone

Absolutely - if looping only counts for 30% - why even bother, it seems to me that a big loop scored higher than a higher rotation. Their maths says that should not be like that. Judging transparency is needed, it is too vague. I wouldnt want to be training hard for a competition where someones rand...

Re: marc jacobs kota - pushed harder than anyone

There is no doubt the rules counted against trick progression/innovation, seemed more so this year. Think about Aarons KGB megaloop a few years ago - way lower, but won. The maths of 70/30 today mak...
