Re: RRD Kites, reviews and comments

I am 195 lbs and own last years 2012 10.5M & 7M RRD Visions. Great all around kites that are stable, but turn quickly with input. They are faster than most kites. They have more lift and a touch more bar pressure than the 2012 Religions. Better than average upwind performance, and really rigid leadi...

Re: The Surf kite from Epic Kites

Personally I look for kites with light bar pressure that are easy to fly one handed. Right now I am flying RRD Religions MkII, and you would have to convince me to change by providing a compelling product that has better surf kite performance, and or better value...meaning price. I like the Religion...

Re: RRD Vision 2013

Like you...I have been patiently waiting for information regarding 2013 RRD Vision. Everyday I check the RRD Blog, and Facebook page for any new info. I would have thought that some info would have leaked after the distributors meeting a couple of weeks ago. Most underrated surf kite in United State...

Re: Airush Lithium 12m and 14m LW review

Can anybody comment on 2012 bar pressure on the 14LW. Comparisons to other kites would be welcomed. I prefer light bar pressure, not a deal killer if the pressure is medium light, but not really interested if it is heavy. Thanks in advance!

Re: Renegade "Infinity V2" light wind machine.

Dimitri, Sorry to hear about your injury, I blew my Achilles tendon 4 years ago...so I feel your pain. Not trying to hijack the thread at all, and not knowing the extent of your injury...8 weeks sounds way short. I healed quick in about 9 months. Typical recovery time is a year. Again I have no idea...

Re: achilles rupture

I blew mine up snowboarding 5 years ago. The most important part recovering from this injury, is getting your range of motion back in your foot. My PT did lots of ultrasound and stretching, but you have to do the exercises or you will lose how far you can bend your foot up. I healed up really quick....

Re: my naish bolt 12m

Try reducing your line lengths. I have 2010 13.5 Cult. Started on 24M lines did not like the feel. Went to 20M lines and that made a huge difference. I know that your looking for low end so reducing line length will not help in that department, but I have found that increase in kite steering speed w...

Re: Cool strapless riding, but Controversial

For all the non believers & naysayers why don't you man up and offer a 12 pack or more if proven wrong! It is easy to sit in the comforts of your home and post crap about something being fake. These guys went out shot and edited an awesome video, and you then question if it is legit or not? What abo...

Re: Slingshot 5.8 Celeritas - V - 6.2 Ben wilson pros

Can someone comment on the lowend of the Celeritas 5'8" for someone in the 190 lbs/85 Kg range. Wondering if it will plane in the 14 - 15 mph range with a bigger kite. Looking for a good light wind directional, and wondering if the Celeritas would be a good fit. Thanks in advance.
