Have tested the 2011 C4 13m and have to say they did a great job. It turns like a small kite and is super stable. They kept the good things of the 2010 C4 with some small adjustments. Fun and low wind are two enemy's if you ask me Big kites are never fun if you compare them with the smaller ones. But what is low wind for you? 14/15knts must be possible with the 2011 12m I think.

We will probably see some new pictures pretty soon. The release date will be around Nov I think.

From what I have heard they kept all the current flying characteristics, but then with an improved lowend. But looking forward to test it. And it has some more tuning options on the kite.
