Re: Naish Pivot vs Core XR or GTS

Yeah, the XR5 is a great kite, but not for foiling. Liked it for everything else. Switched this season to Eleveight FS and foiling is a lot better on them even though they are Freestyle - Freeride kites. XR is great for easy accessible boosting tho. You got to find what works best for YOUR type of r...

Re: Woo Sports out of business?

They are still operational. Downsized a bit but still committed to deliver updates, products and service. Exploring options of use for other sports as well. Still love my Woo, feel naked to kite without it :)

Re: Aluula ? New Revolutionary Material from Ocean Rodeo

Is there a too stiff? Is stiffness really wanted in kite design, or at least to what degree? Here is what Pat Goodman had to say about it at about 30min into the video. Found it very interesting.

Tell me more about the WS please. Especially curious about the new 13m size. How does it cross over to other than surf style riding?

Re: Eleveight FS Review

I don't see why it wouldn't work for heavier riders? I am not heavy but I see no reason why not. When this kite is loaded, it is extremely exciting. Explosive jumps and loops like a dream. My personal best is 62ft on the 10m. Just try one if you get a chance.

Re: Review Eleveight RS 2019

Funny, I feel the kite has great hang time and floats you down slowly. Easy to do soft landings. Tried the FS as well and that one comes down faster. Sure you tried an RS??

Re: Best bankrupt?

Let's see what they come up with for 2019? With the kite designer gone, are they hiring a new designer and start new kite designs from scratch? Or just keep changing colors and print?

Re: Eleveight FS reviews?

The PS is strictly for schools. I don't think you want this kite past the initial schooling days. Go RS rather.
