Are you saying that the board should be 1/2" thick at the footstraps. About to start my board and was planning on 1/4 all the way across. 1/2" seems really thick.

Vacuum pump question

Finally got a compressor hooked up with a start capacitor and relays etc. setting up my bagging rig. The are three valves on the compressor, suction, output and process. I know what to do with the first two, but the process valve?. Do I just cap it or leave it open or what? Any help would be great. ...
