Re: Time for more stoke stories.

Out today in head high swell and steady 9 meter conditions. Had a great early session with only 2 others out and was dialing in a fun move. Launch off the swell as it lips, big slow backroll ending with a downloop transition onto the same swell. Smoothest landing possible on the downslope. Feels so ...

Re: Ozone Enduro V3 Release Date ?

Maybe since they just spent time and effort on bringing out the Alpha & Amp they need a bit more time to get the Enduro just right? Just a guess, I have no idea how many kites they can fine tune at once.

Re: Board rescue

Nice, can you do one for kite rescue? That seems trickier and more dangerous.

Re: Harness with Sliding spreader bar

I have been using one with a low friction ring for well over 150 days and almost no visible wear so far. If you are really worried about it, you could always use a second rope a bit looser so whatever wear there is would only be on the shorter rope and the other longer rope would only come into use ...

Re: Mae West & Buoyancy, should we or shouldn't we?

“In any case- it is not only wrong, but extremely childish, to make fun of someone for being wise enough to wear safety gear.“ While I agree with this, it is only half the story. Seems also “wrong and childish” to not wear/use a safety device because someone else thinks it’s ‘kooky’ looking’. It’s y...

Re: Looking for advice on first quiver

Think about buying the kite you take the lessons on. You will know what size you need and you will know the release/safety system (hopefully) well. Keep it simple in the beginning.

Re: New f-one bar ripped apart while riding, what to expect from manufacturer?

They knew there was/is a problem and didn’t inform their customers? Life is too short and this sport is already too dangerous to ride with sub par gear from an uncaring company. LOTS of other choices.
