Have you checked your line lengths? If the back lines are shorter, that’s what it will feel like.

How often does that happen? If it’s just rarely, bring a carabiner and use it just to get back to shore and reset. If it’s all the time, what are you doing?

blowing enough= say -usual kite
blowing harder= say -small kite
blowing really hard= say -wife’s small kite

Nice, thanks. One question, wouldn’t it make sense to even the front lines first and then match the rear lines to them? Seems like if you do the rears first and then change the fronts you would have to redo the rears?
