Southwest Wyoming near I-80 doesn't hold much snow in the winter, but come north towards Jackson and eastern Idaho and you'll see what Wayne's talking about!

Happy winds...

So sad...I met Keith at the Snowkite Masters at Skyline last year and got to know him and some of the Montana crew a bit at the bar...he was clearly one of the great ambassadors of the sport who inspired others to embrace the sport. Our sincere condolences to his close friends and family from Jackso...

In the meantime, forecast is 10-15mph tomorrow and partly cloudy, so Jackson Lake is calling tomorrow! For pics of the Jackson Hole snowkitin...

Kyrojoe...looking forward to meeting you in Jackson. Go to Teton Mountaineering for your ice screw, although you probably need a long snow stake more this year given all the snow we've had. You got Wayne's # above, he's out a lot. Will PM you with some additional numbers. Bring big kites, it's usual...

Jackson Crew at Slide Lake with Ozone Friends

Wow...looks like a fantastic spot, thanks for the great use of virtual maps to illustrate it. Will definitely plan on driving down from Jackson, the "no wind" option for skiing is huge if one is driving a ways to get there.

Thanks for teeing this up!
