Re: Shiny Bronq advice

I am a bit unsure about sizing myself. I am in between sizes according to size guide on shinn website. Sent them an email and for my 84 kg they have recommended 136/42 cm. All the other guys here seem to be on smallest board size. Can anyone comment on that? Is smallest board size just more fun the...

Re: Shiny Bronq advice

I own both a first edition 2015 Bronq (I think it' 138x42, sure about 42 not about 138) and a second edition Bronq XL 150x50. Both really excellent boards, never tried a better one. As Badgast says, the little one is power hungry so maybe a size more than a size less than the usual board you're ridi...

Consider Lefkada. Steady thermal wind every day, you can get there also by car.

Re: Foreigners going to Brasil please read

Look at the public site for europe, there is a big death excess rate in europe becouse of covid: https://www.euromomo.eu/graphs-and-maps/ And that is WITH all the lockdowns, masks, etc. without that it would have been so much more.. This is a very intersting graph. Forget for a moment the 2020 line...

Re: Foreigners going to Brasil please read

About vaccine I think it's a really difficult argument and I'm not speaking about the technical part of it but about what spins around it. There's a political problem: any leader would like to say "we got it", so they're pushing hard no matter if there are serious risks. Then, there's a business pro...

Re: Highest performance (race) current model kite that doesn't require special handling?

I'm not a racer but I can confirm that the Sonics are not difficult to handle. I'm not a top rider, I use TTs and it took 2 or 3 sessions only to feel completely comfortable. Also, hangtime is insane!! I can't report about racing performances however and I also never tested other race kites, so thes...

I did not pull a kite full of water on the shore... of course this would damage a kite...

I knew these kites were fragile... really took care of it ...
No need to pull it on the shore to make the damage, it's enough to pull the kite in the water without rolling and packing it.
