so you're saying something was completely unnecessary (Montreal Protocol)....actually "improved" that was is 100% not broken and a natural phenomenon?
Are you trolling or are you genuinely this stupid? Even the article you linked to details the damage done by manmade CFCs.

Re: climate change /unpredictable weather/wind

You have not given one ounce of proof of climate change. Just your personal observations and what you have seen on the telly. Sorry, but when you're going up against the vast scientific consensus on an issue, the onus is on you to provide the facts. That's a comprehensive case you need to provide, ...

. And if you've gotten downwinded, land (or self-land) and carry it back upwind if there are people on the beach. That's common sense and shows consideration for others.
Surely self-landing on a busy beach is way more dangerous than walking back upwind with your kite in the air?

Re: We pumped a kite with Helium - any difference?

Instead of putting a part of what reserves we have left to good use (such as MRI machines), these people chose to fill a kite with it and give it to a bunch of beginners to see if they can feel a difference. What a bloody...

Re: New hydrofoil / wave kite and bar: Kauper-XT

That bar looks potentially dangerous. If the depower rope gets wrapped around the bar it could disable the primary release if there is not enough space to deploy it, leaving you option except completely releasing your kite.

Re: The Future of the Sport?

If the argument is that windsurfing died because the equipment got too specialised, then the exact opposite is happening with kitesurfing. Early kites were very niche and not particularly user friendly. Nowadays Almost every company makes a user friendly all- round kite that still delivers decent pe...

Twintip recommendations

My trusty Flexifoil Hadlow freestyle board is about to give up the ghost. Any suggestions for something currently available on the market that would provide a similar riding experience? Looked at Shinn ADHD but they're too wide for me, so ideally nothing over 40cm width.
