I put in rocker with a carbon patch on top with weights and vacuum

Put it 6.5 inches, springs back to 4 inches

This is 1 inch thick divinycell , no need to kerf

On another note, buy any bar , buy a duo tone front line distributor and make your own duo tone bar

I think your over estimating every 5 years, I would guess it’s a season or two

My lines only lasted 11 months with a lot of use

I would Dremel out a gouge, get epoxy putty such as waterweld and put it on, sand and ride...or throw a patch of fiberglass or carbon on it after then sand and ride...

To me Armstrong is the best foil I’ve ever ridden, better than the Moses. Moses 633 is faster thou. Armstrong is all about the carve but the 1200 goes really fast for its size, probably faster than your old LF, but with more lift if that makes any sense. what is narrow board and how it affect wing breaching? Im genuinely interested. many thanks i like 16" i used to ride 18", then i made a 16" board and found the carves can go deeper, and harder G's, especially with a 70cm mast one thing is for sure, my G's are way harder on a 70cm mast vs 90, carve...

70 is perfect if you have a narrow board, too wide and you will breach in the carves 90 feels like surfing on stilts to me... but like everyone says, preferences 85 is the biggest I’d go for a wave foil Actually . . .
