Re: Kiters dream phone?

Definitely not a bad thing to have when kiting in cold water - especially if you're out there alone. I don't carry one, but came across this phone a few weeks ago - seems like an interesting concept, but a little pricey for my liking. Maybe 2nd gen they will put out a less expensive model... Re: I'm looking for a killer deal on a new quiver.

A number of brands have begun to release 2013 gear, so if you look around you'll find great deals on 2012 styles.

If anyone gives these a test run, would definitely be interested in hearing what they thought.

Re: Cape Hatterus

Real Watersports has a pretty incredible lesson center - and you can tailor the instruction to your liking/skill level.

Mojos is @ real, and a cool spot on the sound to grab a beer after a session. I highly recommend stopping by for Taco Tuesday - cheap tacos and good beer.

Re: The worst things in kiteboarding

For me the worst thing is shitty attitudes - people who aren't conscious of the safety concerns or think it's funny when their kite flies into the road and then into a tree. I saw two dudes out on the beach a couple of weeks ago, each about 1...

Re: SlingshoT RPM or Slingshot Rally (Advice on picking a Ki

Hey Roger, If you're going with a 10m for mostly freestyle I would go with the RPM - it's a sick kite, especially in the smaller sizes. I have a 2011 10m RPM and absolutely love it. I take it in the waves pretty often and it floats down the line with no problems. There is a recent thread on the diff...
