Re: DIY Thick surf foil wings

Thanks for files but I'm checked them bit to late. Actually I'm manage to learn and draw my own onda from your canvas in fusion 360 file :) now wanna make stabiliser same like in onda but don't know what profile to use? Any thoughts? Looks very good! I prefer to leave the part where the wing and fu...

Re: DIY Thick surf foil wings

Yes please. If you can add just similar pointy tips like onda have that's will be great! I'm trying to do that for myself but totall noob with fusion 😜 I attached two to this message. One of them is modeled with narrow tips, and the other is the file above with wingtip profile swept to form a small...

Re: DIY Thick surf foil wings

I'm mean when you got full wing stl file it looks like cutted. Like Is missing around 40 50mm on the ends? That stl file file is quite old. Since then I have added fillet to tip edges, and the tips are still quite full, so that they don't stab you in a fall. I added an stl file with filleted tips t...

Hi there and thank you for your work.
Just start to printing this wing but one thing that bother me and try to but can't do it for myself is can you please add wing tips for that onda wing?
Thanks!
What do you mean by adding wingtips? It already has tips. Different kind of tips?

Re: Woo Sports Updates?

mutexx, Very well done! Congratulations! I was thinking of doing something similar, but you beat me to it. Your implementation seems very good. Great attention to detail! Well beyond my development skills (never done any BLE stuff). Could you at least save me some reverse engineering and share the w...

Re: Apple Watch 4 GPS Tracking App

Zef, was featured on topic on this forum. I tried it and it’s quite good.

Also, there’s an app called Waterspeed (has a free version with some limitations).

Re: Flysurfer Soul 12 difficult to handle at the top end

It has a good top-end.. but what was the weight of the guy you saw boosting the 12 when you were on a 9m LEI? and what is your weight? Don't forget it has the power potential of a 15m LEI. I am 80kg, and the other guy seemed to be about the same weight. Edging up hard against the kite and trying to...

Flysurfer Soul 12 difficult to handle at the top end

Hi, I have a 12m Flysurfer Soul. Before I got it, I saw a guy on one while I was on a 9m LEI, some other guy on a 7m Hyperlink. He was doing big airs and never seemed to be overpowered. I also read many reviews claiming it has a very good top end. The problem is, I am getting quickly overpowered onc...

Re: Line Check FS Soul?

My 12 Soul came with the mixer at B -1 cm, which makes rear lines 4cm longer. There was a statement from Flysurfer saying that the brake lines can be up to 4cm longer when the kite is new. I guess it's made to compensate for the initially expected shrinkage in B. I fly mine with equal lines and a 55...

Re: 3D Printed Wings - please post your experiences here

What software are you using? I've tried SketchUP and it works OK for building a wing, but I can't figure out how you punched square holes through the wing? Could you give me some tips please :) I am using Fusion 360. Don't know about SketchUP, but it should only be a matter of drawing the hole patt...
