Re: position strapless board with just legs - no hands.

I can waterstart, handsfree, on my DC3'6" and 633 setup with board flat on the water. More successful in higher wind. Just put your feet on top of the board, back heli loop a couple times until youre ontop of the board and go. In less wind the board sinks under water first, up to my waist usually, b...

Re: What foil.

What would people recommend as smallest size board to learn on? Would like to get one I won’t want to replace in 5 minutes. I weigh 65kg but not sure if it’s as relevant to board choice as other disciplines. Weight does make a big difference in choosing board volume when learning. You don't want so...

Re: What foil.

Im 70kg and use the 633/91/483 setup with a DC micro and 7m 3 strut almost exclusively.. and love it.. good from 9/10 to 20knots ish but I dont have near the experience with other foils like some do here. I can get it up to 40kmh when powered up though and its always a good time. Might go for the 6...

Re: 633/91/483 whistling relief and new stab?

So I wet sanded the trailing edge of my mast with 1000grit like the "exfabrica" video shows and its mostly silent now. Just a little hum if im going fast. Thanks for the help!!! totally silent at any speed or angle is bliss, and you would never accept anything else once you get total silence. I hav...

another question.
in 633 and 683 do you sand the trailing edge from above or below?
and in the stabilizer 483?
Suppose to sand the high pressure side, from my understanding. So the front wing sand the bottom and the rear wing sand the top...

Re: foot switching - all the video's are photo shopped, right? advice please

I dedicated a whole session to foot changes the other day and finally starting to nail them! Took awhile to get out of my "fainting goat" style half gybe/crashes. Feels good :)
