I use Windsport tracker. Gives upwind angles, plus all other statistics.
I'm using Windsports Tracker also. What's you opinion as to the accuracy of the speeds recorded.
I've only used it twice so far. The first time the speed was slower than I thought it would be, and the second was faster.

Maybe dumb question, but if you use an older phone, that is not in use, what do you do about a data plan in order to get the app running?
Wi-fi to install the app. GPS to use it.
No data required unless you want to share your stats on social media or something.

Sounds like you have the trim wrong? All other reports of the 2019 is it flys great, even the pre 2019 flew out of the bag.

Nope,
He obviously has the volume too low.
Turn it up to 11 and that kite will rock! :mosh:

Have had a few session where my wetsuit has dried after swim start. Always a bitch having to hop in and get fully wet just to exit.
One good thing about the heavy but durable Hoverglide is that I always ride right into the shallows and jump off in about one foot of water.

Apparently Jeff Howard has a similar idea.

Re: Changing the way you jibe?

Wow, wouldn't have expected to see the Razor used for foiling! The Razor seems to work well enough for me foiling. It probably pulls through a downloop harder than other kites but not enough to be a problem. The only real difficulty is with deepwater relaunching in light winds. Good luck with your ...

Re: making a new control bar

Faxie, Where did you get your chicken-loop? https://www.kiteattitude.fr/ Among some other parts (clamcleat, rings, lineretainers). The trim bracket + stopperball is from Switch, PU from work and Aliexpress (don't recommend it if exact size is important, red hose tiny bit thicker than black, had tro...
