Really nice. Your finish is blinding! wish mine looked this flashy.

Can i give you a little design tip?
You should taper the core thickness way down on the tips, down to 4mm. Get more flex in tips, build mine this way.

Think like this. One line goes to each wing tip. The lines are attached at the balance point. a third central line goes up and attaches to leading edge, perhaps to a simpe 2-3 point bridle on LE. Lengthen and shorten the middle line just a little bit, like a grip-shift twist on the bar?, and you cha...

Board Design

Tell me what works in board design.

1. Bottom concave or Flat
2. outline: boxy tips or rounded
3. fins set-up: single, two fin or thruster set-up
4. narrow board or wide board - when and why?

Whats working and whats not working?

Regards Tom, small time builder.

The bugs just love orange. You get 5000 bugs between the LE and canopy that turn into black dots. :(

I go for darker colors now.

Dog Town gave a good impression of the LA surf-skate theme in LA and So-cal. I was there and skating-surging with my buddies. The film gave the impression that the dogtowm boyz were the only ones in the scene and this is incorrect. There were hundreds of us out there in the school yards. WHY? Becaus...

I think the main isssue here is that one should always attach their lines themselves and double check. Think of kiting as flying sport. Would you let someone else do a safety check on your glider or airplane before take-off? Not me. Irrespecitve if you launch unhooked or hooked, keeping the kite low...

Also saved my eyes in very salty water i St. Lucia, another guy temporarily lost his vision on a good day.... Regarsd...

Hi, had same problems a while back. Try rotating your hips towards the upwind, where you want to point the board. You can do a slight ass drag, just touch a few times while rotating those hips. You can get a smaller kite, or a smaller, narrower board. Smaller fins can also kill some pressure by allo...
