Re: Wing with Boom and center rib

Anybody else had a ride on the EPIC wings? Commenta? Or the cabrinha Mantis? Still no one has tried any of the SHINN wings or foils? Would be much obliged to get a bit more feedback... I feel I'm a total expert on Axis gear although I've never owned or ridden them.. But we sure are SPOTTY on info fo...

Re: Cabrinha Mantis Wing 2021

Anybody know (I think I remember Dwight saying he tried the Mantis but can't tremende in what thread) if the new Mantis still had SEPARATE inflation valves for strut and LE? Or just one conected by the tube? Interested in the 6.2 (just in case they have different construction for the big sizes) And ...

Re: Shore Break Launch/Land

Very very good question! Like I said.. I'm actually using an old ozone backcountry lightweight snowkite harness that I took the leg straps off.. Had an old, short ssteel harness bar/hook with its incorporated "pad" and I just threaded the 2inch wide ozone webbing through it... Then had the end sewed...

Re: Cabrinha Mantis Wing 2021

Well THAT was a great find man and I got to learn alot more about the wing.. Hadnt realized that it didn't have the nifty double strut... At one point one of them did mention that the handles were rigid.. But who knows in comparison to the x2... Like you say... If they are 3 months behind on product...

Re: What to do when wing leash breaks

Anybody have other information to the contrary? And what ever happened after the terrible oil spill? Were they able to contain it p...

Re: Shore Break Launch/Land

This is so funny.. I haven't actually STARTED a thread on any of these forum in years.. And just 5 minutes ago I started one asking the EXACT SAME questions you are! Here is the copy of my post on the SUPFORUM I've been debating for a while to start a thread here about all the tips and tricks to get...

Re: Cabrinha Mantis Wing 2021

Any non biased personal reviews? I lived the long handles idea since the x2 BUUUT... Had read that they were kinda floppy.. Not really a good rigid connection to the strut. Anyone know of that issue has been resolved? Also there were several comments about aggressive "back winding" when pointing hig...
