are they, especially the 1100 overly stiff (in negative way) in turning ability etc., please?

Thanks!

For Peak4 5m, I need better pumpability than the 633 Onda offers, but what foil setup?

I am otherwise very happy with the 633, but for smallish slow and gutless swell/waves the pumpability isn't enough with the 633 if I want to just ride the swell without kite pull. I really like the turning of the 633 etc. but need more power from the front wing. Should I look for thinner or thicker,...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Chris,

thanks for checking in.

I wish the 8 (and bigger) would have a bit more 4 and 5m characteristics ie. more peak power, just like the Souls and Sonics have when turning. It would help a lot to get on foil when in lighter winds.

Re: Moses w800

However a HA 1550 would have me commiitted for Windwing What is a HA 1550? Cant see Moses having any with that name, or do you just mean you would like a high aspect 1550 cm2 foil wing? Or an even bigger high aspect 1550 cm span wing? Assume you mean wingfoil when saying windwing, a good name actua...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

I have 5m2 Peak4 and really love it for foiling, however, would like to have a kite for lower winds. Been reading this thread abt the 8m2 but still very confused; some praise the 8, and some truly not. Hard to know abt their skills etc. So, what’s the verdict on 8m2, woyld it give me clear advantage...

Re: Smaller lower aspect wing vs. bigger higher aspect

Good topic.

What if I look for the pumpability (to get better low end) from the foil, assuming the same area (cm2), what would be better; thinner higher AR wing or lower AR wing (they seem to be fatter)?

Also, from these above two options, which one would be more agile ie. better turning?

Thanks!

Have you tried gorilla glue, that’s been recommended in several threads?

Re: rear line adjusters for bar

Let me help you here before you stick that crazy metal contraption on a bar. If you want a superior bar hole, that is articulated, gives the lowest bar forces, lowest bar friction, low weight, simple, greatest bar movement and fastest turning. Listen. Drill a hole sideways, small, in the center of ...

Re: F ones magnet carbon

Abt light pocket boards, for example my Moses T22 is 1960 grams and it's "cheap". But back to Magnet; really interesting board. Finally bigger manufacturers are bringing thinner boards. I find thinner really good; much easier to do real flex in to a foam board. Currently riding customs which are 1,2...
