with these thinner, say 1cm wood sheets, how do you make the nose rocker, if you want for example 5cm? I mean if you glue 5 sheets on top of each other to the nose, how do you get the carve out the material from the topside, please? From the underside it's not problematic, just sanding, but topside ...

Firstly, sorry abt the board. I agree, it looks like either a crush from transportation? or then sanding the laminates very thin. Was the board 100% intact (no signs of broken area) before you take it to a ride? Secondly, how do you repair a damage like this in real life, what's the simplest method?...

if you want SS board then ignore the following: why don't you get the Moses t22? Much lighter and works well with 633 (I have that combo).

I guess the point the criticists are tryong to make is that it’s bt the shpe of the quick release toggle and not the force needed to QR?
If the shape of the QR of ozone would be different then perhaps fishpoling the bar wouldn´t release the QR?
