Re: What is the warmest female wetsuit

The question in the topic title is different from the question in the text...

Re: Flysurfer releases VMG 13³ – the real game changer

Just google April fools day... You know Germans and their level of humor ... right ;-) Germans have no sense of humor. So the kite cannot be an April's fools Day Joe. We have to take them very very very serious. They have probably mass produced this kite.... Should you live in Europe expect many Ge...

Re: Strutless Kites Cloud vs. Gong

@lightwind.
Using a LEI from 6 knots? Forget it.
Even in colder more dense winds you need at least 8 kts.
If you are after sub 8 kite that has the feel of a LEI take a look at Foilkites (Kitech FRS, FS Soul, PL Nova or CA Pulsion)

Re: Is strapless overrated?

What is the rate of strapless?

Shouldn't we answer that question before the question of the TS?

Re: Near fatality at Hermanus today December 12 2018

I'm just wondering why it's commonly acceptable to do do kitesurfing without helmet and impact vest. If you drive a car you buckle up, if you ride motorbike you've helmet, but 99% of expert kitesurfers do it without any protections. So inconsiderate. IMHO a conventional helmet reduces risk when on ...

Re: Nick Jacobsen leaves Cabrinha team

North will come out with 2020 lineup in mid 2019 Have you ever thought why they actually introduce products half a year or less before the actual year? Many countries and big markets have their kiteseasons over new years. New products have to match with their seaons too, so they could prep for seas...

Re: two board quiver

Sounds like you already know the answer: 3 boards, 1 kite. Rig for the surfboard mid range. If wind increases, grab your twintip and go do some jumps. If wind drops, go rip around on your foil. Having all 3 on beach allows for quick changes. If you're travelling light, you can drop 1 board by havin...
