Long drying clothes rope on tension, pegs on kite and a garden hose.

Fully dry it.

I agree with the view of scaring tactics. This is a typical divide and conquer scenario, mostly done by the origin country of Bell ;)

Not worth mate.... Let them use one single helmet for all scenarios, Im sure "she'll be alaright" ;) If bucketing/drag is a myth, they would not try to fix it with the holes in a first place.
