Re: Soul v1 10m dropping like a stone after jumps

Used to have Soul v1 15m myself after many bad sessions sold it and found LEI kites just easier to live with, without this unnecessary hassle, why you guys still bother with foil kites? Just came back from Tarifa, saw Soul V2 and some Ozone foil kite on water, Getares spot (nice constant wind) and ...

Re: Soul v1 10m dropping like a stone after jumps

Same discussion again.

100 people, 100 different sugestions. Even the state distributer adviced me wrongly, stating that there is nothing wrong with the kite.

It took me a year to got the right advice.

And that advice is on the last page on my thread.

I wonder how much time will pass for yours.

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

I use both and its really a preference for a day.

Sometimes I feel more for an lei, when Im lazy to pump, use a foil.

I also do not buy green banana. ;)

Have no time to wait for them to get yellow ;)

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

Just a friendly reminder to downunder from his past self: I know quite a few 100-110 kg blokes who owned 19m Dynos. And yes man, they DO tricks and know how to jump from a ramp. No HF for them because of the tide and crocks. Yep, crocks come and go with the tide. Imagine a foil kite in water infest...

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

Won’t convince me. Title says: LEI ! Because of biased view. I was the same, remember my posts about the Soul? But aging tells me its is easier for me not to pump the 13-17-19m kite :) Cant care less about the new pump either ;) Simply put, if one needs a 21m kite, maybe, just maybe kiting is not s...

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

Well,

as a lei kiter for last 12-13 years, I beg to differ.

Foils are great and foiling is even greater.

I was ALL against foils and foiling.

But, I age. Sure u are aging too ;)

Dont blame the tools mate.

Re: Florida kiteboarder critically injured when he crashes into St. Peter pier

Guys,

take a spoon of cement and stop winging.

It takes an astronaut to go into space. If you are not one, dont go.

Die as a man. Where is a real man this days when all but a few just winge about the safety?

A mountain climber died yesterday. It was his pashion.

Deal with it.
