Re: Tear repair

Tear Aid A is good for fabrics too. It will hold that small hole for sure. Just remember to clean the hole area well with alcohol before sticking

Re: Why Peru is not a more popular kite destination?

Just came two days ago from Peru (paracas). Yes, it is very windy and water is "cold", need to use a wetsuit. I liked to kite there. Peru is quite far from Europe and expensive to fly to. My stomach still hurts. I felt everyone in Paracas got some infection from food. The food wasn't that good in ge...

Re: Thailand Koh phangan

I was there in March 2014. Not so windy but it's a great place to kite. Huge uncrowded flat playground :)
There are some kite schools on south coast, east from the harbour.
At least take your biggest kites/boards with you

Re: Gong single strut kite

I have the previous generation 12m strutless gong and I'm very happy with it. Build quality and everything is at least as good as from the other better known brands.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another kite from gong. I hope the brand keeps on going and won't raise their pricing :)

Re: Anyone know any details on the new upcoming foil from Flysurfer?

I'm searching for a lightwind kite for hydrofoiling. Could someone compare soul to flysurfer speed - is speed too slow to generate power when trying to get on foilboard? There are much more 2nd hand speeds available. Soul is still quite expensive.. How about HQ matrixx, anyone compared it to speed a...
