Re: Stalling 10m Evo 2021

Easiest way... 1. Stand on beach pull trim line until it sits directly over your head "Without any backstall". This gives you Max lift vertically. 2. If its a lot of trim line pulled in, measure and add "to your kite steering lines" Not bar lines ! This let's you ride your other kites like normal.. ...

Re: Core XR pro 10 vs Edge 11 low end?

Worth mentioning here is that the Dlab 3 strut has 6 bridle attachment points either side. As with foil kites, this allows them to use a 3 strut with less weight 'but' maintain a good leading edge shape to make up for the give and take, best of both worlds.. Now having said that - by comparison 11 e...

Re: Airush 2024

So I wonder when the New Big Air Lift V3 will get the Hookipa leading edge and the load frame ?
Surely if they wanted light weight - the team ultra would not have the load frame...

Re: Eleveight CS Auto Bar

Well this bar has already thrown the Reedin bar on the trash heap - because Reedin thinks everyone loves the skinny skinny bar thickness. Eleveight obviously listened to what kiters really want and have the normal bar thickness.. geez that wasnt hard to figure out. Now all we need is solid bar ends ...

Re: Eleveight CS Auto Bar

Finally a simple clean bar that works - No hollow bar ends to break, auto untwist with on the bottom and seatbelt click in quick release.
Congratulation's on listening to your market and giving us what we want.
Some colour coded lines would be nice on the next model.. :thumb:

Re: Eleveight Introduces the new light RS+

Ok you may have to excuse my ignorance here.. We know Dyneema lines shrink/stretch at different rates - how have they manage to overcome this with the cloth or is it just general strength rated like others ? Have ridden the 9m RS+ very fast turning, it'll catch you easily, pretty light when you pick...

Re: How hard do you pump your kite?

Just adding to the above... Ive also noticed on various kites at the beach when helping launch, their strut isolation clips have twisted or move out of optimum position for inflate and a soft leading edge.. Once repositioned, they comment on their kite reaching pressure quicker and holding it...

Re: Ocean Rodeo Aluula Flite joints tearing apart

Might be worth it to post an update your first posts just so people don't have to read walls of text to get to this. Glad it worked out for you and I hope they hit the aus OR rep on the head for not sorting this issue in the first place ... Yes thanks for that, i thought the posts get locked after ...

Re: How hard do you pump your kite?

I have a 12m Aluula flite, although the material can take greater pressure - I've not ever done this and just use the pump pause feel & flick method. Which happens to end up between 7 & 8 down stroke on a gauge. Why I say pump pause, is that it takes a while for the air to bleed through small strut ...

Re: Ocean Rodeo Aluula Flite joints tearing apart

Jill from Ocean Rodeo Customer services has just contacted me to say they will replace the kite asap. Not that I expected it because it's past warranty but a Big thanks to Ocean Rodeo for creating a Happy ending to this matter. On a side note, if people are unsure of where to spend their money and t...
