And the sand will blow only if it's dry and loose. Wet compact sand will take more wind to blow or not blow at all.

Re: Naish Park bladder?

I replaced the main bladder of a 2014 Naish Ride with a generic bladder with no problem. I got it from FixMyKite.

I reused all the original valves. Took them out with hot water, reglued them with AcquaSeal.

Re: How many sessions to replace a kite

Not many ppl keeps a sessions log. I happen to do. Here are some numbers on some of my kites: I ride in South Florida, sandy beaches and hot weather. We don't get strong wind very often. My kites only sit on the beach only between sessions. If I change kite, I put the other away. I rinse my kites ev...

Re: Longevity of the FS Soul

Sure, bridles have to be worked every few hundert hours for sure. But that's not too difficult to do an can be checked. How do I know if the bridle needs attention? I just got a used 10m Soul. Previous owner told me he used it for a season at the great lakes and not much since he also had a 8m and ...

Re: Impact Shorts?

Also check for snowboarding protections. I have a thick padded tight short to be used under snowboarding or skiing pants. It also worked great in the water for me.

Re: Kiteboarding RIP ?

Riding that kind of wave with a foil is more dangerous than kiteboarding. A wipe out with a foil is serious thing.
A big problem with surfing is the crowd. it's rare to see such a nice wave without a crowd fighting for a spot in it.

What compression bag for 18m LEI kite?

Hello, does anyone know of a lightweight compression bag that can fit an 18m LEI kite?

The biggest that I have is a light blue Mystic. If I fold the kite very tidy, then it fits, but I'd like to find something roomier.

Re: Best Hooded Rashguard?

I'm on my second of this o'neil hoody rash guard: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HJMKP5R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Works good enough for me, so I didn't try other brands. I never used the zipper and it never bothered me under the harness. Only two complains: It has an ela...

Re: Harnesses with replaceable webbing?

Not Ion for sure. Mine is getting worn, but it's sewn. The only shoe repair shoe that I know of is incredible expense, so I'll use my Ion until it wears out and then get a new one, different brand though, unless I come across a good deal.
