It’s a tide dependent lagoon on Whidbey island in Washington state during our winter season. Great place to kite if you don’t mind the cold gloomy weather.

Depends on the year of the wow. V1 & V2 are great for boosting. The newer ones are geared more towards surfing. If your looking for a 14m in the LF that will boost the best I would check out the P1
