Re: Do you step off gracefully?

Downwind sorry (english not native). Really simple... you arrive fackie (toeside like after a jibe without footchange) then slowdown kite high , bent your leg to grab the board by the upwing rail, then let you pull out by the kite, in front of you, keeping the hand on the foil board to pull it downw...

Re: Do you step off gracefully?

Yesterday was my first session after confinement ; I tried a new configuration : by approaching the beach toeside (side-shore, slowly with kite high and foil almost vertical) and then let me fall down downstream by bending legs and "bring the board with me" in my fall; it was great, very pleasant ac...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

No p4 experience yet ( Flysurfer has fabricaltion delays), but in 9-10 knots I still like riding with my 15m , so I agree and hard to figure-out I could love the 5m under 11 knots even if powerfull for its size ! :bye: unsless fabulous waves maybe ?

Re: Do you step off gracefully?

Nice topic ; I slightly injured that way indeed... I was too optimistic, long shallow beach, went really close to shore (say 50-60 cm, foil very high), then I jumped from the board, and fall from too high and with no damping by the water little depth ... so the shallower , the more risky ! so keep a...

Re: Concept'air 12m Pulsion kite

Another video (old one, 2 years ago but just finished editing ) very long video for my personal souvenir of corsica, but for interested people this shows some TT riding, some easy HF waterstart even in marginal winds and boost even without loops + one challenging relaunch at 3:00 https://www.youtube...

Re: rear line adjusters for bar

It has been duscussed a lot . Without quoting the pros and cons again, i woupd sum-up my view by saying : It is a really different feeling triming by rear line, which, I personally like. No big rope flaping in front of you, light weight. Pleasure to trim with no load ... hard to explain why actually...

Re: rider personal weight indication in the avatar/signature ?

This field could assist people who are tired to repeat their weight :-) minimal personal info here IMO, and obviously not mandatory ; personally I do not care that big brother knows my weight and I prefer that kind people on this forum people know what I am talking about with my wind range experienc...
