Re: Liquid Force Radnium vs Echo vs older Element?

Yeah, I think it's because Element is more squared shape and also less rocker. Btw, I actually think that their Legacy has a bit skatey feel as well compared to Element, but it was long time ago when I tried it. I usually ride Echo 142 with boots and without fins or with 2cm fins if it's choppy. I a...

Re: Liquid Force Radnium vs Echo vs older Element?

Haven't ridden Radnium, but for me it looks like re-named Element. My experience with Element and Echo is similar to yours. Echo lands smoother, is more skatey while Element feels more stiff, straight and rides more like train, having a tad more pop maybe as well. They've added rocker to it graduall...

Re: Phan Rang - Vietnam

Check out: https://www.phikiteschool.com/# Went there last year for 2 weeks. Strong but gusty wind every day. There is quite huge flat section and waves outside. During the low tide you have to walk out, if you don’t want to wait. Those waves are not too powerful, if you fall down it doesn’t eat you...

Re: Pain at the Elbow - Kiter's Elbow: Treatment & Prevention

For tennis elbow you should try this product: http://www.theraband.com/theraband-flexbar-resistance-bar.html I got tennis elbow from kiting and in the end it was so bad I couldn’t use my hand for almost anything. Tried several stretching and training techniques from these videos, but finally got it ...

Re: LF MaxFlow Valve Leaks After Tomahawk

Yeah, had the same problem with 2015 envy. Happened especially if the kite wasn’t pumped up hard enough.
I think that they’ve fixed the issue though since this hasn’t been happening with newer iterations.

Re: Backrolls vs backside handle passes

1. Yes, you've got the concept of backroll wrong. Backroll is kinda cartwheel-style rotation, where you get inverted, legs above your head. Let's say the rotation axis is roughly through your bellybutton. If you do this "cartwheel" from front to back, it's logically backroll and other way around. If...

Re: Liquid Force P1 - taking on the Edge and XR5?

2015 LF got Blade's chicken loop when they had to recall their Response bar after some safety issues. Maybe they had to give Max flow because of that.

I don't think that Wow and Trigger are exactly the same kite, though there's some similarities in those two.

Re: Unhooking leash options

Try Switch leash. I used to break somehting like 2-4 leash/season, but this has hold up already one year. Release system is also quite rigid, so you won't release by mistake when passing (which has been problem with some other leashes). Also the price is reasonable.

Yeah that sucks, big time. Fortunately there’s an easy solution for that and it’s called duct tape :)
