Re: High wind foiling

I have to respectfully disagree. Over the last few seasons I have experimented foiling in higher winds with five, three, single, strutless and Peak4s. In sizes 9,8.5,8,7,6.25,6,5,4,3.5 and 3m. I remember being stoked holding a 9m 5 strut Rally into 20 knots and feeling like I'd found something comp...

Re: High wind foiling

Reading this thread I'm seeing a lot of different kind of kites being used for high wind which makes it harder to choose! I would have thought that for 20+kn any wave kite would be good as it drifts well when you're riding the swell and the 3 struts makes it fast turning. Any kite will fly in that w...

I'm trying to decide between a 5m or 4m for mid to high 20kn (typical strong late seabreeze). If it's o...

Re: Question for Axis Tray board owner

Great board with the piece of carbon. However the deck pad is a let down. It gets damaged so easily. Plus it's not comfortable enough under the back foot heel. I would like to strip it off and put a more comfortable and durable pad. Like on the slingshot Dwarfcraft. Any tips what material I should p...

Re: Rule of thumb on wing size versus kite size (for TT) ?

What's the point of this silly thing? It's a completely different sport....plus compare with kite foil not TT.
