Hi Lindsey - You can try my V4 Ocean Rodeo 14.5 anytime we get Easterlies at East Beach....I drive up with the SRQ crew. I own a 9 and 12M Rebel ( 2014) great kites but the OR's are much better light wind options former conditions and they turn much faster.

The Flites no matter what size will stay in the air in the lightest winds and relaunch as well. The main issue with foiling in light winds is keeping the kite flying and having enough power to get you up and foiling. And, being able to relaunch if it does come down. I use the extensions on the 14.5 for light winds 10 to 15 mph. It makes a big difference ! Above 15 mph its your call whether to ride with or without extensions. I'm not a heavy weight - 165lbs and 6'2"s but the extensions really improve light wind performance on the Flites 14.5 and 17M

I ride a 14.5 Flite and yes the LE is white but it is no worse showing the dirt then a black LE and it looks better.
