You will find good days of wind at florianopolis. And actually theres a nice kite enviroment around Lagoa da Conceição where you can look for wave kiteboards. Bring a 12 and a 9m and you will be OK. Seek for Riozinho at praia do Campeche it's a good wave spot and if you rent a car it would be great ...

tom herbert was using a EVO at last years king of the Air, so the kite can handle megaloops.

Similar conditions but you will probably find more structure and more kiters. Trancoso has a better atmosphere thought.

Great place, but is not the best you can find in brazil.

on august you will have like 3/4 for days of wind in a week, 13 to 20 knots.

Ceará - Brasil - Some hotels even give your money back if there is no wind.
