A seat harness will wear your crotch even faster, but a waist harness will also, in time. The weak spot in a drysuit, always. Repairing works only for a short while, it will get worn and leak just at the end of the repair... Also, stitches will leak during time. So unless it is in a non loaded area...

Had the same problem with the whole crotch area of my suit, caused by my board short harness leg straps stretching the area. I coated about a 8" square area on the inside with a vinyl adhesive. Not sure how long it will last however.

Regarding the 17m, I probably use my 17m Fat Lady more than anything here in the midwest. My 13.5 Best Kahuuna is my second most used.

I got the 22m Aurora II early last year. It flew right out of the bag and was definitely a session savor for me several times.

- Mesh helps for windchill but the durability is shorter. - Thickness helps, but to much gives cramp. - Gloves with bended fingers helps an lot for cramps in de underarms I always go for a mesh glove or mitten where the fingers are bend. Sorry to hear about the ribs.
I've been using the ION B2 board shorts and they've been really good about not jamming the jewels or riding up wedgie style.

What I use is an older version of this Coleman Rechareable Pump https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-Rechargeable-Quick-Pump-Colors/dp/B00005JD40 I think I paid $20 for it off of eBay. I see it in stores for $30. It works pretty quickly. I inflate through the deflate valve, then finish off with the pump. ...
