Re: Duotone Echo bag?

Hi Peter, fully agree with all you have said. I have hoped for a bit better bag for the Echo with a shoulder belt, a pocket for spares and repair set and in the best case an elongation of the bag for the much faster packing: to just fold it side on side with one swing of the boom and then role it fa...

Re: Using A Bicycle To Go To Beach With Hydrofoil

As Peter said, there are many easy solutions to cycle to your spot depending on your personal demands and those of your foil  https://kiteforum.com/download/file.php?id=81713&mode=view Inbetween you may find what you need. http://auswall.de/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/P_2rad-01-Reacha-02.jpg ht...

Re: Monofoil or "riding stabless", setup and riding

As there have been many other post about windfoiling I hope this is not too much of topic: Mono-Windfoil.jpg Had just two rides last year with self made and a standard NAISH Windfoil, immediately flying when having enough wind, what was a bit a problem, but both felt shitty. Overall flying time mayb...

Re: The Firefly V2 mod

Hi merl, thanks for the topic. If I find the time I will maybe try it, as looking for best high end. On the other hand I am sure this mod wont improve what is my only critic about Firefly: It is just too low AR for my use unhooked foiling, so creates to much rest pull also in the best trimm position...

Re: Inflatable Boards for Winging

...The only thing that worries me are if its not angeled like some foilboards are, so that it would end Up like that you are running it with the nose a bit with a down angle, it looks like it in the commercial in the very few video frames that i see. Many foilboards are angeled so that it feels fla...

Re: Wingfoiling Harness

I agree, that many kite harnesses could be a bit oversized. But on the other hand if you start riding realy well powered and want to go upwind for some km, you may come to the conclusion that a slim climbing belt could become unconfortable, at least my experience from time I was riding lowpowered bu...

Re: Inflatable Boards for Winging

Just a quick and dirty unpacking of my new Pendleboard labled by i-99 (Cesare Cantagalli) bought at Kitejunkie ... https://www.pendleboard.co.uk/ https://www.duo-boards.com/ https://kitejunkie.com unfortunately not yet tried, as my first trick was to break the valve screw of the hard board part. :oo...

Re: Inflatable Boards for Winging

Thanks for the thread Horst! I didn't see it when I started another very similar one. Do you have any idea of the differences in rigidity between the Manta and the Gong/Indianna boards? I was tempted by the manta due to local availability (in our country anyway) but not so excited about the limited...

Hi teftelja, I am sure some answers are somewhere lost in this topic, but some you may also find here: https://kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=196&t=2400958&p=1049700#p1049700 Even if I had a friend started directily with a tiny < 1 m board I would recommend to start like a beginner with a pretty big ...

Re: Inflatable Boards for Winging

As expected more and more inflatable Wingboards are blowing up into the list. Also i-99 seems to plan further smaller boards. As I think their "Duo" board technology is the most interesting, I have now the 7'6" at home, but expect that I will need about 2 weeks to test it, here is it from their home...
