If you do this more often or longer, I d suggest a splitboard. I just put my stuff and my splitboard in my normal suitcases. So everything can be put in a normal car. Especially if it's not an entirely kitetrip. Used splitboards aren't that expensive.

The Spleene Rip is a great board for choppy conditions and smooth landings. It's a cheap alternative in your list. I love it for our conditions in Germany. Fits well for a beginner as well.
